Consultations with the Counseling and Wellness Center
Let’s Talk is a 30-minute consultation for students who utilize the Disability Access Center, facilitated by Sarah Kapostasy, LMHC at 10:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, and 11:30 AM on Wednesdays starting February 11, 2026, through Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
What Students Can Expect
- A one-time, solution-focused consultation
- Support for immediate concerns
- Learn about ongoing mental health and wellness supports.
What “Let’s Talk” Is Not
- Not crisis support. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact the Counseling and Wellness Center (CWC) at 360-650-3164 to request a crisis appointment.
- Not ongoing counseling or mental health treatment. Let’s Talk does not establish an ongoing therapeutic relationship.
