Location
Description
Join us to learn about basic needs work at Western, what support is happening for college students in Washington State, and what resources students can utilize on and off campus. Staff from the three offices of the Basic Needs Hub—Off Campus Living, Basic Needs Resource Navigation, and Western Success Scholars—will share information and answer questions about available services. This event is part of Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week to boost awareness of structural challenges and available resources regarding food and housing security. All are welcome, and lunch is provided.
The Centers Community Lunches
Join the Office of Multicultural Student Services, LGBTQ+ Western, and the Disability Access Center every Wednesday at noon in the Multicultural Center on the 7th floor of the Viking Union. MCC lunches are focused on student development and community-building. All are welcome for food, conversation, and learning in community!
