Disability Outreach Center Fall 2024 Feedback Survey

This fall, the Disability Outreach Center launched two new programs: DisOrientation and Disability Action Month! 

We were so excited to be able to host these new events and programming but know that there is always room for improvement and would love to hear your feedback on what we did well and what we can do better for next year. This feedback form via Google docs gives the opportunity to let us know what events you attended and what you thought about them.
